Please take a few minutes to review our policies and call
us toll free at 800-659-9607 if you have any questions.
Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days after we receive them
providing that the merchandise is in stock.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Once your order has been processed it will ship according
to the type of delivery service you have chosen
when your order was placed.
Purchaser is responsible for taxes, duties or fee's your country
may impose on the products being delivered.
Please contact your local customs office if you need
additional information regarding this.
All merchandise includes insurance during transit.
If Items ordered are backordered for a period of
14 days or longer, we will notify you by e-mail with
an expected ship date.
Warranties
Merchandise should be inspected carefully upon receipt.
We offer a 90 day in-house warranty against manufacturer
defects. Please contact us by phone if you have any problems
after 90 days and we'll make every effort to resolve the problem.
Return Policy
If you have questions about sizing, please call or email
before you place your order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges without a
Return Merchandise Authorization.

All returns must be shipped and received back by
Sandbaggers within 30 days from original date of delivery.
All merchandise must be in its original condition with
packing slip to qualify for return. No credit will be issued for shoes
worn, or freight charges. A restocking charge of $7.50 will be charged for all returns.
Clearance shoes and specials may be returned for merchandise credit only.
